Jem Marquart began her real estate career in 2004 as a Sales Associate with Del Webb, assisting home buyers through all phases of the new home purchase experience. It was here with Del Webb that she developed a deep passion for real estate; she was instrumental for hundreds of buyers, from various professional backgrounds, achieving their goal of home ownership. Her tenacity and customer first approach led to a position of leadership where she was also active in recruitment and mentoring.
Jem continues to be recognized for her, impeccable customer service, ethics, professionalism, strategic-planning, marketing and training.
