Kayla Chamberlain is Fantastic! I reached out to her about a home she had listed while up at work in Alaska without any knowledge of who she was or even what she looked like. From day one she was very prompt with responding and had a very nice and uplifting spirit to her that was professional, yet fun to communicate with. The home she had was already under contract, but she offered to start searching for one that fit my needs. I described several things important to me, but didn’t think I could have them all and afford it. I browsed many homes she sent me online before I could make it to Montana. I got here and finally met her in person after weeks of communicating over text, phone calls, and email. She has the patients of a saint. We struck out on finding something for me several times over. We even spoke with a builder and I crossed that off my list too. Two days before leaving back to Alaska for work empty handed, she excitedly got ahold of me and said she thinks she found the perfect shouse (shop house) for me and it even had a rental income associated with the property. It wasn’t actually on the market yet. Talk about connections, this girl has got them! I barely slept the night before going to see the place. We had found my dream shop! She continued to find me insurance brokers, home inspectors, and the correct bank to make the deal happen. She is absolutely great to work with. I recommend her 10/10 for any real estate transaction needs.

She is 5 star, not 4.5, not 4.9, she is 5 star. We encountered several agents over a year and a half of house and land hunting. Many times we felt pushed or were dealt with on less than honest terms.
